On the other hand, if there is not enough vitamin going into the body, then anemia, fatigue, and weakness can occur.


Vitamin C not only gives immunity to the body but also controls weight gain. For this, you should try to include such things in your diet, so that a sufficient amount of Vitamin C reaches the body and keeps you healthy.
