The winter season looks very sad. Dehydration
In winter, thirst seems to be less compared to summer, so people drink less water, due to which the body gets dehydration. Hence the problem of dehydration is usually seen in winter. Apart from this, heaters and warm clothes running in the house also dehydrate the body. In such a situation, when our body needs water, our brain makes the mistake of considering it as hunger and we eat more.
Temperature
As the weather cools down, our body starts working harder to warm itself. Therefore, the body needs more calories for more energy. When this happens, our brain gets a signal that we should wear more clothes and eat calorie-rich food. During this time we do not even know how much we are eating.
