Apart from walking and getting up and sitting, nowadays people with worst fear of body posture are in the desk job and belly fat people. This is because sitting on the laptop and sitting with the head facing forward, the body in front of you may look like a protruding face due to increased fat.

The correct posture means that none of your limbs are seen coming out separately. For this it is necessary that you correct the way of walking, getting up and working.
  1. Stand, sit or sleep properly in everyday habits.

  3. Correct your chair and change the way you sit.
  4. Change the position in which you see your cell phone or laptop.
  5. Buy a new mattress and learn to sit upright without resting.
  6. Reduce fat and belly fat.
