Many times you hit the wall, don't want to do anything, even the things you like to do. Laziness then starts taking a toll on itself. As a result, you start over-indulging, so the negativity takes over your mind. This is called a lack of motivation, and if this situation seems familiar, pay attention to the following points.
Assess your current situation:-
Why are you really feeling this? Are you feeling the same due to an isolated incident or due to the accumulation of factors? Regardless of the situation, you should ensure that your position is a manifestation of the discrepancy between reality and your own thoughts. Your job is to first identify scholarship, then develop small, attainable changes that will close the gap.

Never set goals:-
This probably surprises you as all the rest of the words scream "make a goal". Instead of making goals, make choices that will cumulatively reflect your values and desires. Try to create unrealistic goals that are not compatible with your lifestyle, nor reflective of your current resources or abilities and failure to turn your ugly head on you. It then becomes a predictable outcome driven by an impractical desire.
If you want the discrepancy between reality and dreams to gradually fade, make a daily choice that will bring about a broader paradigm shift.
Make room for the bad:-
We all have strengths and weaknesses, and sometimes what we try to avoid becomes the best of us. Instead of cheating on the idea of ending the bad immediately, focus on doing good before the bad comes.
You struggle a lot to maintain time so that you can complete tasks, free up your time at once, and sleep until you have had enough. There are high chances that after doing so, your brain will shift with another focus, and it can move you in the right direction.
The idea of perfection will disappoint you:-
The reason you lose motivation is that you believe in perfection. However, your job should be to put your ego aside and start accepting every outcome as polite and not initially pleasant. Use this opportunity and learn from other people as well.
