Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said that the next eight days would decide if a lockdown would be imposed in the state. In view of increasing cases, a lockdown has been imposed in the Amravati district of the state for a week from today. Schools, colleges, and coaching institutes have also been ordered to be closed in Pune.
