Should diabetes patients eat potatoes?

Potato is a very nutritious and delicious food. Which everyone can eat and yes diabetic people can also try it. Although they have a high carb content. Therefore, you should eat them only in small quantities, but you can enjoy them occasionally. If you want to eat potatoes, then try to eat boiled potatoes or baked potatoes, not fried chips or french fries, etc. They can prove to be harmful to your health.

Right way to eat potato

To control your carb intake, one should always prefer a boiled, grilled, and slightly fried form of potato. You can also cook potatoes with other fiber-rich vegetables such as beans. This will help slow down the digestion process and also prevent an increase in blood sugar levels.
